Langerhans traded to A's

The slumping left fielder was traded to Oakland for cash or a player to be named, a deal announced after the Braves' 11-inning loss to the Colorado Rockies at Coors Field. The Braves have purchased the contract of utility man Willie Harris, who was batting .362 at Class AAA Richmond.
